Why have you changed the website?
After speaking with many customers, and looking at how people use the internet today, we identified the need to provide you with improved information and services. People today are increasingly mobile and expectations are for websites that work not just on computers, but also on mobile phones and tablets such as iPads.
How do I register for myAccount?
You can register using the link in the black bar at the top of the page.
Why can’t I log in with my username and password from the previous website?
When the new website was created, we migrated across your account but to ensure high levels of security, we did not migrate across passwords. It’s simple to reset though; click on the “Forgot your details” link when you log in and follow the simple steps.
